- Steps to Reset Your Blackboard Password
- Begin by visiting the official passphrase portal at https://passphrase.utsa.edu/.
- Locate and click on the option that says, “Reset your Passphrase.”
- Enter your myUTSA ID and indicate your preference for receiving the passphrase reset code, choosing between Email or Phone.
- Once you’ve chosen your preferred means of communication and pressed the “Submit” button, you will shortly get the passphrase reset code.
